Seven for Seven and counting

Oh my goodness!!! How beautiful, powerful, how wonderful this was today!  Congratulations to Junot and to the other five men who were ordained as priests in the Roman Rite today in Atlanta.  It was electric and so filling for the soul – the Holy Spirit was pinging all over the place.  You could feel Him in the crowd – such joy!  The Mass was amazing and we got there in time to get the perfect seats for both of us…picture taking view and not terribly crowded.  I have to admit sitting in the back row which I try to never do – want to be close to the action – using the distance lens gave some solid photographic opportunities.

And I realized at one point when my soul felt like it was flying and I felt so much that the tears started rolling, that I have been so incredibly blessed.  I have received or witnessed all seven sacraments of the Catholic Church being celebrated: Baptism; Reconciliation; Eucharist; Confirmation; Anointing of the Sick; Marriage; Holy Orders, AND attended one beatification in Rome.  So amazed at where we can be led, so blessed to have been made aware, so honored and so over joyed!
