Things running a little behind, insurance issue – as if this isn’t hard enough. I shouldn’t let it bother me, but that’s the sort of thing that tries my patience because it could be easily avoided. Thankfully, Jeff called his insurance company last week and got everything sorted out on our end , unfortunately there was misinformation from the insurance company which had to be straightened out. Meaning he had to sit and wait uncomfortably. There’s enough he has to go through. It’s little in the scheme if things, but it hits home for me once again that insurance in this country is very little about patients and very much about patience.
